Uniform
The distinctive King's School uniform ('Canterbury dress') is worn in lessons and on all formal occasions. At other times, pupils may wear home clothes, subject to certain general rules.
King's Scholars may wear a black gown with Canterbury dress. They wear a white surplice for Cathedral services. School monitors wear purple gowns.
The King's School Shop, 45-46 Palace Street, Canterbury, stocks all uniform and other necessities.
