Inspection Reports

Independent Schools Inspectorate

Junior King’s

“Leaders plan a stimulating and broad curriculum which….enables pupils to flourish and make good progress”

“Boarding house staff work as a cohesive team, creating a nurturing environment ensuring that pupils are well looked after, secure and happy.”

“Pupils and staff understand that kindness is central to the culture of the school and pupils’ positivity reflects this”

Senior School

In its most recent ‘full’ inspection, the school was found to be ‘Excellent’ in all areas.

The report acknowledges the progress made since the previous Inspection in 2011, noting that the recommendations made at that time have been actioned. Most importantly, however, the report accurately reflects the dedication of the entire teaching staff, who are always willing ‘to go the extra mile’ on behalf of their pupils, and the considerable pride that the pupils themselves hold for their school. It recognises the breadth and depth of our offer, and the extraordinary achievements of our pupils. The report also notes that the school meets all of the standards relating to the important areas of compliance, health and safety and safeguarding.
