The School year begins in early September.
Entry at the age of 11 years (Year 7): For children who leave a school at the age of 11, there is a well-established route of entry at the age of 13 via two years at Junior King’s School. Junior King’s is a Prep school in Sturry, a village close to Canterbury. It receives both boarders and day pupils from the ages of 3 to 13.
Entry at the age of 13 years (Year 9): Most of our pupils enter the school at this age and are normally under 14 years old on September 1st.
Entry at the age of 14 years (Year 10): On occasion places become available for Year 10 entry. Please contact the Admissions department for further details.
Sixth Form Entry (post GCSE): Applicants are normally under 17 years old on September 1st.
