Boys walk 110000 metres in just over a day for charity

Bioinformatics project

Starting in September 2017, 6a Scientists will begin a project in collaboration with Dr Simon Andrews at the Babraham research institute in Cambridge. The Bioinformatics project will look at large data sets publically available on the NCBI website and investigate whether genes are expressed at different levels in different tissues in the model organism Mus musculus.
