In the film, Andrew reflects on the values that shape his approach to education and explains how he creates an environment where children flourish. He discusses the importance of encouraging pupils to embrace challenges, learn from setbacks and build the confidence to reach their full potential.
Andrew believes that children thrive when they discover their passions, grow in confidence and develop a strong sense of belonging within their school community.
He also outlines his commitment to delivering a future-ready education that equips pupils for a successful transition to The King’s School Canterbury and prepares them for the opportunities and challenges they will encounter beyond school.
