Pupils from The King’s School Canterbury delivered an outstanding performance at the British Youth Championships over the May bank holiday weekend in Sheffield, returning with a fantastic set of results – including two national titles.
In the Under 16 Boys Epee, congratulations go to Jack, who was crowned British Champion, claiming the gold medal. He was joined in the Top 8 by Lucas (6th), with strong performances also from Adrian, Alden, Miles and Ethan.
In the Under 14 Girls Epee, Tina also claimed the title of British Champion, earning gold with an exceptional run of bouts.
In the fiercely contested Under 18 Boys Epee, Alfred impressed with a brilliant performance to secure the silver medal, while Ealye finished 5th overall, reaching the Top 8.
Across all age groups, our pupils fenced with determination and skill, proudly representing the school at one of the biggest youth fencing events in the UK.
