Frozen JR Middle School Production brought a wonderful sense of excitement to Junior King’s this week. The moment the performance began, the audience stepped into the snowy world of Arendelle. The cast filled the stage with colour, movement and music, and they created a lively atmosphere that lasted throughout the evening.
Every pupil in Years 5 and 6 took part in the Frozen JR Middle School Production, their effort and enthusiasm were clear from the start. Many pupils played more than one character, and they moved between costumes with speed and confidence while others worked behind the scenes and kept each scene running smoothly. Because of their teamwork, the story flowed with ease and felt warm and engaging.
The themes in Frozen played an important part in the success of the show. The story celebrates friendship, family, courage and kindness. Our pupils explored these ideas during rehearsals, and they carried them into each performance, as a result, the production felt genuine and heartfelt. The audience responded with smiles, laughter and plenty of applause.
Our thanks go to Ms Banks, the staff team and all parents for their hard work and encouragement. We are also proud of every pupil who dedicated so much energy to rehearsals, choreography, staging and performance. Their collective commitment resulted in a production that exceeded all expectations.
