During the October half-term, a group of 21 pupils flew to Seville to practise their Spanish and be immersed in Andalusian and Spanish culture.
Pupils stayed with host families in the Triana quarter, attended lessons at the International House School of Languages in the centre of Seville, and experienced all kinds of cultural and fun activities in the warm Sevillian sun.
They enjoyed visits to the cathedral, the old Jewish quarter, the famous Plaza de España, a mini exchange with Spanish students, and a visit to the theme park. They also had the opportunity to learn to dance sevillanas and to taste churros and tapas.
