Fifty Year 9 and 10 pupils visited Disneyland Paris over the half-term to explore the role of Science in a modern-day theme park. The pupils learned the role of Physics behind rollercoasters, the Chemistry of fireworks, and the role of a theme park within an ecosystem.

The group participated in a workshop where the pupils designed their rollercoasters and competed to see whose was the most exhilarating. The trip was topped off by a fantastic day in Disneyland Studios Parks.
