The thirty-sixth Calvin & Rose G Hoffman Prize for a distinguished publication on Christopher Marlowe has been awarded to:
Dr Thomas Matthew Vozar, Assistant Professor of Humanities, Hamilton School for Classical and Civic Education, University of Florida for his essay, ‘Et tu, Marlowe? Caesar’s Last Words from Shakespeare to Charles I’.
The Adjudicator also wishes to commend Sir Jonathan Bate for his essay, ‘Kit, Will and Ben, a Speculation’.
