CCF trip to the Isle of Anglesey
Over the Easter break the CCF conducted its annual Bronze DoE trip to North Wales on the Isle of Anglesey. The cadets enjoyed lots of different adventurous training activities such as coasteering (a physical activity that encompasses movement along the intertidal zone of a rocky coastline on foot or by swimming), climbing and gorge walking. This all then culminated in a 2 day expedition that took them from Holyhead, past RAF Valley, which provides fast-jet training and training for aircrew working with search and rescue, and all the way on to Malltraeth.
