Intermediate Team wins Invicta Maths Challenge
Our Intermediate Maths Team won the Invicta Maths Challenge, scoring an incredible 125 points out of a possible 134.
The Invicta Challenge is hosted annually and gives an opportunity for Remove and Fifth Form pupils to compete in a team challenge while senior and junior years attend the regional finals of the UKMT Team Challenge.
Fifth-Formers Raphie Reeves (Tradescant), Alex Brooke (MO), Euan Barker (Grange) and Grace Chen (Jervis) used speed, perception skills and cooperation to come out victors having finished third in last year’s competition, which our current senior team won.
The Seniors attended the UKMT Senior Regional Final at Simon Langton Grammar this time around and finished a close second, just missing out on progression to the National Finals.
