Millie Knight claims World Cup Title
Millie Knight of Marlowe House has continued her outstanding skiing season with two more IPC Skiing World Cup gold medals in the giant slalom – this time at St. Moritz, Switzerland.
Back to back wins in the Swiss Alps resulted in Millie and her guide, Jen Kehoe, winning the overall World Cup title.
This was followed up with a silver medal in the first Slalom event of the competition, missing out on the gold to American husband-and-wife team Danielle and Rob Umstead.
Millie becomes the first GB skier, diabled or non-disabled, to ever win a ski racing crystal globe in any skiing discipline.
