Waterloo: 200 Years on

The School were very fortunate to be paid a visit by well-known broadcaster Peter Snow yesterday to give a talk on the Battle of Waterloo in the Canterbury Cathedral study centre’s Clagett Auditorium.

There were a number of distinguished guests including Major General Sir Evelyn Webb-Carter KCVO OBE, the last ‘Colonel of the Regiment’ of the Duke of Wellington’s Regiment before their amalgamation in to the Yorkshire Regiment, 3rd Battalion.

The audience was made up of pupils from a number of schools, including prep schools, across Kent.
